Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Hong Kong Northern Science Company Limited approves the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for refund.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Damaged or Defective Items

If Hong Kong Northern Science Company Limited approves the claim, Hong Kong Northern Science Company Limited may repair, replace, or refund the item. Replacement depends on product availability. Refund timing follows the Returns and Refunds section and the PayPal Refunds section when PayPal is used.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
